Two numbered rollers, one for the hour and one for the minute, and a single marker between them. That is all it takes to read the Vortichron Double Roller, a watch built around the look of a mechanical counter. The cylinders turn quietly through the day on a textured dial, while an open window beneath them puts the beating balance wheel on show. After dark, Swiss Super-LumiNova numerals take over, in blue or Midnight Black.

Powering the display is a Japanese Miyota 90S5 automatic, modified to drive both rollers and beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour with around 42 hours in reserve. A double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating crowns the 41mm case in 316L stainless steel, rated to 50 meters (5 ATM). The leather strap narrows from 20mm to 18mm toward a steel folding clasp. Vortichron's debut watch, and still the purest expression of its idea.
